Returns
At SofasUK, we take pride in providing high-quality, custom-made furniture tailored to your specific requirements. As each of our sofas is manufactured to order, we are committed to ensuring that every product meets our stringent quality standards.
If for any reason a product arrives faulty or does not meet the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase, we will take full responsibility. In such cases, we will arrange for a return, repair, or replacement at no additional cost to the customer. We strive to resolve any issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
However, if a customer wishes to return a product that is not faulty or where SofasUK is not at fault, we offer a partial refund. In this instance, we will refund 70% of the original purchase price, while the remaining 30% will be retained to cover a portion of our manufacturing and administrative costs. This deduction is necessary due to the custom-made nature of our products, which are tailored specifically to each customer’s unique preferences.
Please note that all returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and the item must be returned in its original condition. Shipping costs for non-fault returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
