Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colours and that the actual colour of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we are aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
The order status can be viewed through the ‘Order History’ section when logging into your account through the SofasUK website. Please note- If you require an update on your order please emailinfo@sofasuk.co.ukwith your name and order number, one of the team members will get in touch as soon as they can.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock"?
If the item you’d like is online but out of stock, you can email info@sofasuk.co.uk, making sure you have the product details. If the product you want is available, then you can place an order over email and choose whether to pick it up or have it delivered.
How can I return an item?
We hope you are satisfied with all your purchases from SofasUK. However, if you find an item that is not quite right for you or is no longer required, please follow these instructions for each product.
You can return your items to us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Please check:
Your item is eligible to be returned and within our return’s time frame.
Your item is unused, in its original packaging, and in its original condition.
Please contact us with your name and order number, please note all return charges will need to be fulfilled by the customer.
Check the size of your product, as this will help you understand your returns options.
Where do you deliver?
Mainland England, Wales and Scotland: standard delivery to any address in the lowland Scotland postcodes DG, TD, KA, ML, EH, G, FK, PH, KY and DD. On occasion, we may need to use a third-party carrier to deliver to some areas. Please email us at info@sofasuk.co.uk if you have a specific request.
How long it will take for my item to be delivered?
Our current delivery timescale is approximately 6 weeks for new fabric furniture orders and 8 to 10 weeks for leather furniture orders. We appreciate that this timescale is longer than normal due to the unprecedented challenges that we face during the pandemic. We are extremely grateful for your patience and understanding. All our sofas and chairs are hand made to order in the UK and this does take time. As they say, ‘good things come to those who wait’.
