When will I receive my sofa? – Our current delivery timescale is approximately 6 weeks for new fabric furniture orders and 8 to 10 weeks for leather furniture orders. We appreciate that this timescale is longer than normal due to the unprecedented challenges that we face during the pandemic. We are extremely grateful for your patience and understanding. All our sofas and chairs are hand-made to order in the UK and this does take time. As they say, ‘good things come to those who wait’.

Assembly Required? – Usually, no assembly is required, our delivery team will install at your preferred place & take away the packaging.

Do you remove the old sofa? – Yes, we will remove the old sofa for you at a fixed charge of £80. The old sofa will be taken for the recycling process and we will plant a tree on your behalf. To avail of the removal – After placing the order email us the removal request at [email protected], along with the order reference id or bill attached.

After Care Service – Once you book your sofa, you will become a part of our sofasuk family & our maintenance team will be happy to assist you with aftercare doubts and tips, Just contact us. ( We usually respond lighting fast )
