How will I know if my furniture will fit through my door?” style=”arrow”]Our delivery drivers specialize in delivering bulky items to customers. Will the delivery team take away my old sofa?” style=”arrow”]We are sorry to inform you that we are offering any kind of exchange offer as of now. What do I do if my furniture is damaged during shipping?” style=”arrow”]Our delivery driver will be there to assess the situation and if the sofa is damaged. What do I do if my furniture does not fit during delivery?” style=”arrow”]We always advise to make sure you have measured the space where you want to place the sofa, all our sofas are described with measurements.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Q17. How long does delivery take once my order has shipped?” style=”arrow”]We would like to inform you that one or two days once the item has been shipped from warehouse.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Q18. Can I set a specific delivery date & time?” style=”arrow”]Yes once order is ready our delivery team will contact you to book in your delivery slot with your convenient time.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Q19. I need to cancel my order, what can I do ?” style=”arrow”]All orders are eligible for 7days pre cancellation period, after the 7 day period is over, we can only offer 50% refund as work on your order would have already started.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Q22. I haven’t received my refund, who do I contact?” style=”arrow”]A refund could possibly take 3 to 5 working days. I requested a return/ pick up, but haven’t heard from the shipping company?” style=”arrow”]Every customer has 7 days if they are not happy with their product, the delivery team issue contact you before picking up the item, if the item is undamaged, it will be the customer responsibility to cover any costs to return.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Q24. How long does a repair take?” style=”arrow”]It all depends on the damage, if it is a small repair we could send a repair worker, or have it recalled to the workshop.. this could take from 2 to 3 week.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Q25. I need to change my order, can I still do that?” style=”arrow”]If it has been passed the 7 day pre cancellation period, we cannot amend your order.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Q26. What types of payment do you accept?” style=”arrow”]Please send us any pictures you may not be happy about, we will try sending a repair worker to fix the issue, if we cannot fix the issue at your premise, we will recall the item and get it repaired at our workshop.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Q27.
