At SofasUK our main priority is keeping our customers happy and the privacy of our customers. Our employees are working extremely hard at the warehouse to create your purchase. We are a British manufacturing company. All our sofas consist of GB foam adheres strictly to UK fire safety regulations. We manufacture fire foam retardant to ensure all high-quality foam products exceed regulatory standards. Please read the following carefully. These pages are designed to assist you with your purchase with SofasUK.

In order to place an order with SofasUK you must:

  1. Be over the age of 18 years 
  2. Fill out the adequate information we require such as name, payment details, email address, delivery address and phone number 
  3. Enabling to purchase of goods to be delivered in the UK 

At the time you place your order, we require full payment amount. Taking payments does not mean that we have accepted your order and if we are unable to accept your order, a full refund will be given of payment. 

 

Acceptance of your order

You will receive an email of confirmation once we have processed your order. Delivery will be discussed via contact details provided either by telephone or email.

 

SofasUK guarantee 

SofasUK warranty consists of 12 months. It excludes accidental or deliberate damage and/or wear and tear. Structural guarantee holds for 12 months against any manufacturing defects or failures of the frame construction and suspension (springs or webbing). This does not apply to fabric or leather.

 

Delivery 

Any changes made to your order can have an impact on your delivery date. Delivery of goods will be carried out on a weekday around the UK address to your door. Standard delivery is one-man delivery. It is up to the driver’s discretion to deliver the goods inside the property. We will not be help responsible for any damages caused. 

 

Returns & refunds 

You have the right to cancel your order 7 days after placing the order for a full refund. If cancellations are made after 2 weeks of ordering and the item has started being processed at the warehouse, a refund of 50% will be issued back.  

 

Claims under guarantee  

Do not hesitate to contact us with the information below:

  3. Sales invoice number
  4. Details of the problem

The guarantee is only limited to goods retained and sold in the UK. If we are unable to sort the repair out, you will be entitled to a refund or a suitable replacement.
